I feel more engaged, met new people and have made many friends.

Group work was lovely and bonding. This is the week I really enjoyed after stress of placements and assignments.

As nurses we need to take care of ourselves so we can take care of our patients.

The Creative Arts therapies week was a good way of helping us understand how to manage our stress levels.
